What you already have
No account, no password, nothing to install.
- Bid requests arrive with the scope, the dates, and a link you can open as many times as you need — you answer from your phone.
- When the work is yours, the page says so, and the service address appears once you confirm you can do it.
- Your W-9 and your insurance stay on file with the contractor who asked for them.
- When a bill is marked paid, the page you were sent says so.
What's coming
An account of your own: your documents in one place, and the contractors you work with able to see they are current — without you emailing the same certificate again.
