Why we built this
We didn't build this from a tech office.
We built it from the field.
My father and my older brother both hold active master plumber licenses and run their own service business. I grew up in it — answering phones, riding along on calls, watching the business side of the trades from the inside.
I saw what worked and what didn't. I saw schedules living in calendar apps with barely any details — or worse, just texts that you had to remember day by day. I saw estimates and invoices getting done at 10 PM after a full day of work, eating into time with family. And when an estimate went out a day or two late, the customer had already gone with someone else.
And I saw the software that was supposed to fix it — built by people who'd never been on a job site, priced like enterprise software, and designed for someone with an IT department. That's not who we are.
